The epic film comes to Blu-ray Hi-Def Combo Pack, 2-Disc Special Edition DVD and single disc DVD on September 21st from Universal Studios Home Entertainment.

All of these versions will feature the theatrical film, as well as a never-before-seen unrated director’s cut of the movie. The film and its unrated version will also be available day and date for digital download and video on demand.

The 3-disc Robin Hood Blu-ray Combo Pack will feature a Blu-ray and DVD copy of the theatrical and director’s cut film, as well as a digital copy of the director’s cut that can be viewed on an array of electronic and portable devices anytime, anywhere.

Additionally, both the Blu-ray Combo Pack and the 2-Disc Special Edition will feature deleted scenes and filmmaker commentary, plus an extensive look at the making of Robin Hood that includes behind-the-scenes interviews with cast and crew.

The Blu-ray release also exclusively features an interactive “Director’s Notebook,” which seamlessly takes fans inside the making of the specific scenes of the film, from production design to special effects.

Kevin Durand is about to be seen nationwide in theaters as Little John, the statuesque sidekick of Russell Crowe’s title character in Ridley Scott’s forthcoming Robin Hood.

But he should already be familiar to television audiences thanks to his memorable turn as Keamy, one of the characters that showed up on Lost during the show’s last two seasons to further complicate the lives of the survivors of Oceanic flight 815.

Hollywood News sat down for an exclusive chat with Durand at the Los Angeles press day for Robin Hood, where he revealed a few details about his character, Keamy, and explained that even as a member of the cast, he wasn’t much clearer on what will happen with the show than are its millions of fans. Look for a longer interview with Durand on Hollywood News in the weeks to come, but in the meantime, Robin Hood debuts in theaters May 14, 2010, and the Lost finale is scheduled to broadcast on ABC on May 23, 2010.

The D.J. Caurso (Eagle Eye) sci-fi film I Am Number Four can add two more to its number. According to FilmDrunk, Kevin Durand (Lost, Legion) and Callan McAuliffe (the Australian sketch comedy series Comedy Inc.), have both joined the cast. The flick is about nine earthbound aliens who escaped their planet just before it was annihilated by a rival species. Hiding out on Earth, disguised as human teenagers in high school, the title character discovers that he is being hunted by the enemy that destroyed his planet.

Durand will play “The Commander”, a character who leads the Mogadorians to chase John/Number 4 (Alex Pettyfer) and his fellow aliens to flee from their home planet. McAuliffe will play “Sam”, Number 4’s best friend. Pettyfer, Durand, and McAuliffe will co-star alongside Teresa Palmer (Bedtime Stories), Sharlto Copley (District 9), and Dianna Agron (Glee). The film is being produced by Michael Bay and Steven Spielberg and it was written by Al Gough and Miles Millar (Smallville). I Am Number Four begins filming next month in Pittsburgh and is slated to hit theaters on February 18, 2011.
